- Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in a charge for the full service amount.
