Booking & Service Policies

- Permanent Makeup Services: A consultation is required prior to booking your appointment. This ensures we can customize the treatment to meet your individual needs and preferences.

- Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a deposit is required for all services. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

- Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in a charge for the full service amount.
